General Motors Redevelopment, Sleepy Hollow, NY Diversified and its investment partner, SunCal of Irvine, CA, were recently selected by General Motors as the developers of a 96-acre development site, referred to as "Lighthouse Landing" on the shore of the Hudson River in Sleepy Hollow, NY. The site was used by General Motors as a vehicle assembly facility from 1915 through 1996. The site is approved for 1,177 residential units, 135,000 square feet of retail space including a 25,000 square foot urban market and an 18,000 square foot cinema, a 140-room hotel, and 35,000 square feet of office space. In addition, there will be 45 acres of public open space, including a 16.1-acre waterfront park and an approximately 3-acre "Central Park" Green.

Hudson Valley Psychiatric Hospital Redevelopment, Poughkeepsie, NY Diversified recently purchased a former state owned psychiatric hospital in the town Poughkeepsie. The property that spans over 150 acres of prime land located on the Route 9 commercial corridor. In a complex transaction involving a number of local and state programs, Diversified is now working to design a redevelopment program to include over 750 units of multifamily housing and 350,000 square feet of retail and other commercials uses throughout the campus.

Lower Broadway Redevelopment, Long Branch, NJ Diversified owns a 10 acre redevelopment district within a short walk of the reinvigorated oceanfront in the City of Long Branch, NJ.
